Shipping Policy

We charge a rate based on 0 to 5kg weight of item/s anywhere in South Africa - door to door.

They can only be Collected via arrangement or delivered within Gauteng area.

Shipping Time may take 2-4 working days. Please note that there may be additional days during busy periods for sale items or festive seasons. This will be communicated with a client.

Once your order is processed and our courier is booked, you will be sent a tracking number to the email address or whatsapp number provided during checkout.

For items that are flagged for collection, customers will be notified once items are ready for collections.

Should you not receive a tracking number within 5 working days after placing your order, then please Contact Us with your full name or order number. (Please check your spam email just in case)

If your order has not arrived within the time-frame specified try the following:

1. Please check your order confirmation email & ensure your delivery address is correct.

2. If you were out at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you or try deliver again the next day.

3. If you still require assistance with your delivery then please contact us with your full name or order number. We’ll reply within a few hours (during working hours) and try our best to locate your parcel with the courier company.
